When you request a call

We collect the name, company, role, email address, company size, location and message you enter. We use them to respond to your request and discuss potential work. Requests are stored in our website database. Inbox notifications are pending setup.

Keeping your request safe

Access to stored requests is restricted to the site owner and authorised service providers. We do not sell your information. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after the last conversation unless we need them for ongoing work or a legal obligation.

The Memo

Newsletter signup is currently closed. We do not collect newsletter addresses until it opens. When it does, we will name the provider here and include an unsubscribe link in every issue.

Analytics and preferences

We count page views and selected actions by day, without advertising cookies, visitor IDs, raw IP addresses, referrers or cross-site tracking. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Confirmed call requests are counted as service activity. Your motion preference is stored only on your device.

Spam prevention

We use an invisible form field, expiring form tokens and a daily submission limit. For that limit, an IP-derived daily hash is kept for no longer than 24 hours. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

Your choices

To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your enquiry, use the Discovery Call form and state your request. External product websites have their own privacy policies.
