About / The operator

I've sat on both sides of the table.

For thirteen years I've worked in and around consumer businesses: selling platforms to brands, running digital transformation programmes, and leading products in fintech, telecoms, FMCG and entertainment. I've been the person presenting the strategy and the person who had to make it work on Monday morning. I know exactly where the gap between the two sits, because I've stood in it.

A sunlit working space with marked-up papers and a timber table

Flow Forward exists to close that gap.

Why Flow Forward exists

Strategy fails when it’s boring, abstract, or handed down.

I've watched good companies pay serious money for strategies that were technically right and practically dead on arrival. Not because the thinking was wrong, but because nobody in the building felt like it was theirs. The deck got presented. Heads nodded. Nothing moved.

So I built a practice around the opposite. Strategy that's co-written in the room. Workshops with energy in them. Personality on purpose. A studio that ships its own products so the advice is grounded in what it actually costs to execute. And a handoff that tells you who does what on day one, not a document that tells you what you should have done by now.

Track record

The work behind the opinions.

Some of what I've done, without the logos.

  • Owned a $500K annual platform-sales portfolio for two global social platforms in Nigeria, growing 20+ advertiser accounts at 25% average quarterly revenue growth and exceeding pipeline targets 10–15% a month.
  • Ran digital product and growth for one of Nigeria's largest pension fund administrators, with ₦1.2 trillion under management: shipped the customer mobile app and corporate site, and lifted marketing ROI 22% through a structured testing cadence.
  • Led product across a multi-product portfolio, taking two apps from concept to launch and helping secure investment for one of them.
  • Delivered seven digital transformation programmes for fintech, FMCG and SME clients, averaging 20% efficiency gains and 120% first-year ROI, and trained 150+ staff to actually use what was built.
  • Built and launched a calendar-marketing product from research to live payments, solo. It is on the Studio page.
How we work / Six rituals

Every touchpoint is designed. This is what an engagement feels like.

The Discovery Call that isn't a sales call.

The first 45 minutes is a genuine diagnostic session. You'll leave with a non-obvious insight about your business, and one sentence from me: “Here's what I'd explore further if we worked together. Take a week, then decide.” No follow-up pressure.

The Forward Session.

Day one of any engagement is a three-hour immersive session, ideally on-site or somewhere with better coffee than your boardroom. Structured, energetic, and yours. Your team leaves with a shared understanding of what's really being solved, because they helped define it.

The Weekly Pulse.

Every Friday you get a five-minute video. Not a status report. A synthesis: what I learned this week, what I'm thinking, what I want your read on. You watch the work happen.

The Studio Session.

I don't present a deck. We run a session. The strategy gets finalised in the room, with your leadership editing in real time and making the calls. You walk out as co-authors. That's the single biggest reason it gets executed.

The 90-Day Activation Pack.

The final deliverable isn't a strategy document. It's an activation pack: who owns what, what gets measured, what the first three wins look like, what to watch in months two and three. It includes a one-page visual you can pin to a wall.

The 30-60-90 Check-In.

At 30, 60 and 90 days after we finish, I'll reach out. Not to sell. To ask what's working, what's stuck, what surprised you. Most consultants disappear after the invoice. I don't.

Where we work

Lagos first. Africa next. Global by invitation.

Flow Forward is based in Lagos and works with consumer businesses across Nigeria and the wider continent, plus a small number of remote-friendly clients elsewhere. If you're building for African consumers, or you want to, we speak the market natively.
